I am the Dining Services Director and have been with The Fountains at Greenbriar for almost 3 years. Prior to coming on board with The Fountains at Greenbriar I spent 11 years with Compass Group North America Division managing both Senior Dining services and their Business and Industry operations.

My background in food service started in 1985 in New Orleans, LA, working for the Brennan family at Commanders Palace and Mr. B’s. In 1990 I attended Johnson & Whales University and in 1992 I graduated with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a BS in Foodservice Management. While at school I received the Cordon Bleu Award for excellence in the field of Culinary Arts.

In 1992 I married my childhood sweetheart, Clara. We have two beautiful daughters, Amber and Catherine. During my off hours we are avid campers and compete on the professional BBQ Competition circuit. My wife and I also organize the annual Fountains Blaze-Off and Senior Q, held in October at The Fountains at Greenbriar. This is a nationally recognized Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned event.
