We offer the following specialty areas for post acute care: Short-term rehab, wound care, bariatrics, and complex medical management of multiple postacute conditions.  Each area is staffed with Licensed Health Care Professionals whose goal is to prepare you for your return home.

Skilled nursing at Immanuel means much more than 24-hour care by registered and licensed nurses. We also offer physical, occupational, speech and IV therapies.
