We're calling this section Amenities and Services just so you can find it, but what we really mean is all the things we've learned over the years that help our residents lead more engaged, vibrant and comfortable lives. From the small things, such as complimentary move-in coordination services, to our integrated, community-wide lifelong learning programs, we're always trying to discover new ways to help our residents and associates enhance their lives. Services

• Your choice of five, 15, or 30 meals per month* (lunch and dinner are served daily)
• Weekly housekeeping services in your condominium
• For your convenience we provide scheduled transportation within a designated area.
• All utilities are paid, including heating and air conditioning, water, electricity, trash disposal, sewage, basic cable TV, and local telephone service.
• Valet parking 
• Move-in coordination service
• Reception desk/message service 
• Social, educational, cultural and recreational programs are regularly planned for residents who wish to participate. Residents are encouraged to join the fun as well as suggest new and special activities. 
• Our caring staff is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for your added peace of mind.
