Chef Carey obtained his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Whales University in Charleston, South Carolina. He obtained further training under Executive Chef Michael Luboff at The Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut and later, with Chef Horst Herald at the renowned Villa Strafford in Wayne. He received raves as the Executive Chef at both McShea’s in Narbeth and The Great American Pub in Bryn Mawr before joining us here at The Watermark.
Chef Brendon leads his experienced culinary team to plan, coordinate and execute each and every meal, with attention to every detail, dollop and garnish. This expert team also pulls off amazing community events, private parties and special occasions of all sorts here at The Watermark. No simple task, but they’re so passionate about it, somehow they make it all look easy.
Although there’s no shortage of culinary tricks up his sleeves, he also loves to prepare recipes requested by Watermark residents. In fact, he relishes the challenge to re-create a flavorful memory for residents and associates alike, whether it’s your mother’s apple pie, or grandpa’s hand made chili.
