Sit down and enjoy an elegant meal with optional wine service at our signature restaurant, The Mark, where the menu changes nightly. Our Chef loves to delight and amaze, as you can see from our sample menus. This isn’t a dining room in a retirement community, this is an evening spent at one of your favorite restaurants!

Gallery Café

As much as we all enjoy an elegant meal, we’re not always in the mood for fine dining. The neighborhood café isn’t just a quick stop for a sandwich – it’s a place where people gather and connect and guess what – it's fun! That’s why at The Watermark, we created the eco-friendly Gallery Café, where you can join your friends, enjoy your favorite newspaper or surf the Internet with a gourmet coffee and a scone.

If you’re in the mood for a hand-made Panini, you can have that too. And when we say Panini, we mean Italy’s finest.  What style would you like today? We’ll create it with all your favorite fixings. After lunch we’ll tempt you with a decadent double chocolate brownie or any of our specialty desserts. One look at our sample menu and you’ll see that “quick and casual” does not come at the expense of “fresh and delicious.”
