Our work-in-progress “building wrap” is turning some heads! It’s not a fashion statement, it’s a statement of our commitment to the future. The special material you see going up the sides of our community is a state-of-the-art carbon fiber, 10 times stronger than steel and yet it’s as light as a feather. Using this technology conserves energy and keeps materials out of the landfill. We’ll be here for generations to come, so we’re renovating with future generations in mind.
