Our Place
This exciting new alternative is ideal for seniors who are just beginning to
experience issues related to memory loss. Available for the fi rst time in the
Wilmington region, Our Place is a friendly, residential neighborhood offering
greater independence and access to all areas of Rockland Place. With an
intimate environment of just 10 apartments, residents and associates get to
know one another. That means more than fun and friendship, it means expert
care from someone who truly understands your needs and preferences.

Pathways
Pathways offers a safe, secure environment with a higher level of memory care services. In Pathways, as in all areas of Rockland Place, choice and customized care are the order of the day. A high associate-to-resident ratio ensures that expert care is tailored to the individual needs of each resident by a friendly, familiar face. Best of all, our associates are always focused on what you can do, never what you cannot.
