Managing the Purchasing Operations for organizations ranging from a network of acute care hospitals to 300-plus senior housing communities has given me a profound appreciation for Watermark Retirement Communities.

As member of the Watermark family I am part of an organization where each and every one of us knows that the work we do is meaningful and adds value to our shared vision and mission of Watermark Retirement Communities.

My first experience as a Director of Purchasing was at an intensive teaching Hospital in Providence Rhode Island. It was there I discovered how much I loved being surrounded by caregivers of all kinds. Eventually I left the hospital industry and worked for The Fountains, where I and discovered a new-found interest in the care of seniors.

Now I am grateful to work as part of the Watermark team, where there is always an abundance of excitement and enthusiasm as where we all discover ways to improve ourselves both personally and professionally.
