Having worked for The Fountains for many years, I am happy to be returning as part of the Watermark Retirement Communities team. I joined The Fountains in 1988 as a Sales Associate for The Fountains at La Cholla in Tucson, AZ, which jump eventually led to progressive positions including Sales Director, Executive Director, Regional Vice President and finally Vice President of Sales, a post I held from 2001 – 2005.  In this role, I oversaw all sales promotions and projections, sales training, lead management, sales tracking and reporting and team compensation plans as well as working to strategically drive sales and occupancy.

Since leaving The Fountains, I have worked as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SHP Senior Living Services from 2005 – 2008, overseeing four large CCRCs in Florida. Most recently, I served as a Senior Regional Sales Director for Horizon Bay.  I hold a degree in business and economics from Greenville College in Illinois and I reside in sunny Florida.
