I am so excited to rejoin the great team of associates at Watermark. Having spent six years working with many Watermark associates as part of The Fountains, I witnessed first-hand what a dedicated and talented group of individuals this is.

After beginning my career in real estate finance, I jumped into the senior housing industry in 1999 and was immediately hooked. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with residents and helping to create extraordinary communities where residents and associates continue to learn and grow. As Director of Strategic Initiatives with Watermark, I’m looking forward to driving programs that will increase our profitability and allow us to make a positive impact on even more residents and associates.

I hold a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Arizona. When I am not at work, I take advantage of the Tucson weather and am usually outside hiking or biking with my husband and two young sons.
