Beautiful yellow and red flowers

Gardening Bouquets

The Fountains at RiverVue, Tuckahoe, NY – Early August is when Roy’s Vermont garden was in full bloom. Roy and Beth (son-in-law and daughter of The McQuillans’s) brought in buckets of cut flowers that were used by participants to make beautiful summer bouquets in this creative class. Different vases were supplied by Roy and Beth for the class to use and to make the class even “sweeter,” they brought in farmer market pies to be sampled. The pecan pie was even baked by Roy!

We would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Roy and Beth for bringing very creative and interesting classes to our Summer Semester of Watermark University. They did three in total, “Italian Aperitif,” “Hudson Valley Cheese Tasting,” and “Gardening Bouquets”.  We hope they volunteer again next semester and can’t wait to see what exciting classes they come up with next!
