Angel Tree Program a Rousing Success at Immanuel Media Contact: TUCSON, Az. — 01/18/2006 We are proud to report that the second annual Angel Tree event at Immanuel Campus of Care was a rousing success this past holiday season! The Angel Tree is an event held by Immanuel to benefit the children of their employees, ages 16 and under. This year, there were over 50 “angels” (children), which nearly doubles the number of participants – 30 – from the previous year. During the special season of caring, it warmed the hearts of all to see the Angel Tree room stacked high with toys and presents that were given by those with a little extra “blessing” in their hearts this season. And all of the children received what they asked for on their Angel Tag: one child even received a bicycle! This generous outpouring from employees and residents alike is greatly appreciated at the community. Everyone at Immanuel seemed touched to find that they were surrounded by so many caring individuals as they rallied around the cause of making it a happy holiday season for all the children that are members of the Immanuel extended family. At Immanuel Campus of Care, generosity is reaching new heights! |
