 BILL ZACHAU, Agency Director Bill joined Fountains Management Services in August 2005 as the Agency Director, bringing with him more than twelve years of practical marketing experience, four of which were in commercial real estate and property management markets. He has served on-staff and as a consultant for various local and national companies, government agencies, and even worked on a contractual basis for Fountains for more than two years before joining the team full-time. Bill supports the multi-site marketing efforts and provides creative support through in-house staff and talented contractors to meet the needs and goals of each community. Bill has been active as a board member in the local American Marketing Association, nonprofits and charitable organizations. |
