Debra Penn, Director of Business Development

I joined the team at Logan Square East as the Nursing Home Administrator in 1993. During that time I aligned the community with the Philadelphia Medical Community which included the affiliation between Logan Square East and Pennsylvania Hospital. This resulted in the hospital providing us with excellent medical care to our residents and the hospital building a satellite hospital on campus. In July of 1999 when we became part of The Fountains I became the Executive Director. After a short leave in 2000, I returned to The Fountains as The Director of Health care Services. I was the licensed administrator of the nursing home, oversaw, staffed and coordinated the operations of the clinic, hired and worked with the Health and Wellness Director, hired the medical staff and opened the Assisted Living Unit and had oversight responsibilities.

In January 2005 I accepted a new role with Fountains Management Serivces as the Director of Business Development. I am very excited to continue in this role with Watermark and thrilled to be a part of an extraordinary team.
