
GRETA FRAZIER, Compliance Director
Greta brings more than nine years of senior
housing experience to Fountains Management Services. She began her
career in senior housing as a Senior Analyst, conducting operational
analyses as well as financial and market feasibility assessments,
including valuations of potential purchases. Greta served as Vice
President of Operations with Fountains Retirement Communities of
Arizona, Inc. and created and managed standards of operational performance
that address every detail of operation, including resident and employee
satisfaction, community financial performance and staffing, as well
as health care and regulatory compliance.
Greta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
from the University of Arizona with a concentration in finance. |
