Kelly’s accounting career encompasses eleven years, including eight years in the healthcare industry. She became the Director of Accounting after serving as a Regional Accountant since 1998. In her current role, she serves as the accountant for multiple retirement communities and directs community staff in preparing accurate and timely financial information. She also specializes in the financial analysis of community data to promote increased profitability. Kelly graduated from the University of Arizona in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a focus in finance.
