MICHAEL BURKHART , Director of Human Resources

Mike has worked in the heath care and senior housing for more than twelve years and comes to Fountains Management Services after serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Fountains Retirement Communities of Arizona for the last seven years. In his current role, Mike will have responsibility for personnel management, benefits, risk management and recruiting. Mike graduated from the University of Toledo in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in human resource management.
