Keane
Keane provides billing functions for resident service accounts. This HIPAA compliant program is used to generate resident statements, track resident billing history, and manage accounts receivable. It is also the product used to generate bills for third-party payers such as insurance companies and co-payment providers. In addition, Keane is the interface between the clinical systems in the skilled nursing environment and the various methods for billing and collecting from public reimbursement sources such as Medicare and Medicaid. |

ADP
Watermark has contracted with ADP to provide payroll services at all of its locations. ADP is an international company that specializes in payroll processing for companies of all sizes. In fact, ADP processes payroll for around 20 percent of employees in all privately-held companies around the country. Watermark uses proprietary ADP programs for timekeeping, attendance, payroll, paycheck reconciliation, and garnishments as well as quarterly and annual employment tax returns. Reviewing of timecards, processing of new hires and terminations, and maintenance of benefit enrollment documents are completed at the community level, while other payroll-related functions such as defined benefit plan contributions, pension program reconciliations, and general payroll oversight functions are the responsibility of the team at Watermark. |

VistaKeane’s clinical software is used in communities that provide skilled nursing services. All assessment information is entered into the system for easy tracking and analysis of resident health care needs, thus providing an invaluable foundation for our Quality Assurance program. AL Wizard
AL Wizard is a resident health assessment software – and much more. The information entered for each resident ensures that Watermark communities have the most current and complete contact information, details, face sheets, and assessments of resident health.In our assisted living and dementia care programs, we bill on a tiered system based on the health care “points” generated by AL Wizard. As resident care needs increase, those residents receive an additional number of Assisted Living care points. As they reach a higher tier of care, they are billed accordingly. As a result of knowing exactly how much care is needed for each resident, labor can be appropriately assigned by managers and care is appropriately billed in the business office. This online software is also customizable to a variety of staffing patterns and types of resident needs. |

Micromain
Our work order tracking program, Micromain, is a state-of-the-art program that analyzes the time to complete each work order, assigns work to the various maintenance employees, and even projects expected capital expenses and replacements. The cost of maintaining expensive equipment can be compared to the cost of replacing it, and all past repairs of capital assets can be analyzed for their cost effectiveness. Additionally, preventative maintenance – once scheduled – will automatically generate work orders at the appropriate times, thus helping to ensure the longer life of costly physical assets and reduce community expenses for preventable repairs. |
