What does it take to make a great chef? Eric Clark began his culinary journey in 1995 and is a master who keeps on getting better. He earned an associate degree in culinary arts from the Arts Institute of Tucson and has worked in many of the city’s finest restaurants, where he honed his incredible skills.
Chef Eric’s passions range from upscale cuisine to bed-and-breakfast fare, buffets, brunches, and health-conscious dining. He’s always excited about the quality of food, both in nutrition and flavor. He wants each meal to delight every person at the table. When you taste it, you’ll see what we mean.
With almost three decades in the hospitality world, Richard oversees all aspects of your dining experience with the highest professional standards. His goal is to see you happy and relaxed as you gather with friends or family around a meal.
Wherever you look, you’ll see signs of Richard’s experience, which includes leadership in everything from casual settings to fine dining at top hotels and restaurants. The environment looks wonderful, service is excellent, and the ambience makes you feel well taken care of and appreciated.
