What's better than a good belly laugh!  Cindy McGuire, Living Well and Fitness Director, is well under way teaching The Watermark at 3030's independent living residents how to laugh and the amazing benefits it provides such as improving memory and reducing stress.  One of the residents stated, with a big grin on his face, that even though he felt silly, he felt good when the program was over!
