Make And Take Our Own Essential Oil Lotion At The Watermark at 3030 Park

Residents of The Watermark at 3030 Park Independent Living community joined Community Life Assistant, Sue Kennedy for an educational and fun "Make & Take" essential oil lotion class.  Residents learned of the many benefits of Lemongrass and Lavender essential oils then customized the lotion to their desired scent.  It was fun to measure and adjust the oil to lotion ratio and come up with our own desired result.  Some residents used both Lemongrass and Lavender mixed together, and some used only one.  All were beautiful and personally designed to each resident's personal taste. Everyone took home their creation and will be able enjoy the benefits of essential oil aromas, feeling relaxed or revitalized...so pleasant to smell and so good for your mind and body!
