Situated in the Pioneer Valley region of western Massachusetts, East Longmeadow boasts a quaint small-town vibe just minutes from Springfield, with close proximity to outstanding medical care, entertainment, and natural beauty. It’s also the site of numerous red and brown sandstone quarries that gave the town its industrial beginnings. It’s home to East Village Place.

Bridgeport offers majestic shoreline parks, fascinating museums, regional baseball and hockey teams, and national musical acts and performances. Bridgeport is home to The Watermark at 3030 Park.
 

A celebrated location known for hip destinations, historic structures, and an unmistakable energy, Brooklyn is a dream come true for anyone interested in art, culture, food, history, music, and more. The iconic Brooklyn Heights neighborhood features tree-lined streets, a small-town vibe in the heart of Brooklyn, and unobstructed views of the Brooklyn Bridge and lower Manhattan’s skyline. Manhattan can be reached easily via subway – the world truly is right outside your door. Brooklyn is home to The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights.

Just 90 minutes from New York City and 2 1/2 hours from Boston, the quaint and friendly town of Southbury features boutique shopping and historic sites. Southbury is home to The Watermark at East Hill.

This quaint Brandywine Valley town exudes an energetic, youthful vibe. Although only 30 minutes from Philadelphia's Center City, Media’s compact, walkable downtown has a small-town vibe, with a friendliness that results from its Quaker beginnings. Shop and dine around Media’s State Street, but for every kind of shopping experience, the Springfield and King of Prussia Malls are nearby.

The town of Blue Bell, outside Philadelphia, has been a great place to live since 1701. At that time, Blue Bell contained one inn, a store, post office, blacksmith, wheelwright shops, and six dwellings. Today, Blue Bell is known for gracious homes, leafy parks, and a multitude of shops, from intimate boutiques to nearby Ikea, the first in the United States. Philadelphia is a short 35-minute drive away, where world-famous museums, theater, restaurants, and historical sites like the Liberty Bell await.
