Florida
Beaches beckon residents and visitors year-round in the Sunshine State, but there’s so much more to enjoy. Florida’s diverse population makes for a wide variety of cuisines, from stone crab and key lime pie to Cuban sandwiches and Greek souvlaki. World-class museums like the Salvador Dali Museum and Hemingway Home and Museum fascinate culture-lovers. The entire family loves Walt Disney World and other theme parks, and with more than 1,000 golf courses, the only dilemma is which one to choose. There are nine Watermark communities located in the state: ChampionsGate, Coral Gables, Inlet Beach, Marco Island, Odessa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, and Winter Springs.
About 20 minutes south of Walt Disney World Resort, beautiful ChampionsGate can be called a gateway to Florida’s theme parks and a relaxed central Florida lifestyle. Towering palm trees welcome residents and visitors to a peaceful community that has it all – restaurants, shopping, golf, and health care are all close by. Want the city's hustle and bustle? Head up Interstate 4 for Orlando and the international airport.
