Grilled Fruit Skewers With Honey Yogurt Dip

This simple yet elegant dish brings out the natural sweetness of summer fruit with just a kiss of char from the grill. Served with a creamy honey-yogurt dip and a touch of cinnamon, it’s the perfect light dessert or brunch addition.

Ingredients

Fruit Skewers:

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Honey Yogurt Dip:

  • 1 container (7 oz or 200g) plain FAGE Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional, but recommended)

Directions

Makes about 6 - 8 servings.

Prep Fruit:
Cut all fruit into similar-sized chunks to ensure even grilling. Thread onto skewers, alternating fruit for a colorful presentation.

Grill Fruit:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the fruit skewers with olive oil. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Make Dip:
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Serve:
Arrange the grilled fruit skewers on a platter and serve with a bowl of honey yogurt dip on the side.
