What Are Care Fees at Rockland Place?
In addition to the base apartment rent, residents receiving Assisted Living or Memory Care also pay a monthly care level fee based on the amount of care they are assessed to need by our wellness team. We determine these fees through a professional assessment before move-in, measuring support needed for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
