Happily Ever Laughter: Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter really is the best medicine! Join us for a laugh-out-loud Watermark University experience you won’t soon forget with healing benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. We’ll combine smiling exercises with deep breathing techniques to reduce stress, release endorphins, and increase energy — no yoga mats or pretzel poses required.

Did you know that focusing on the brain’s prefrontal cortex may help older adults improve cognitive function? Join us for a fun, interactive experience with a research-based curriculum that combines simple math done quickly with reading aloud and handwriting to trigger brain activity for improved brain function. Participants will receive additional materials to use at home.
