What Are Care Fees at The Hacienda at the River?
In addition to the base apartment rent, members receiving Assisted Living or Memory Care also pay a monthly care level fee based on the amount of care they are assessed to need by our wellness team. We determine these fees through a professional assessment before move-in, measuring support needed for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

How does pricing work in senior living?
A variety of factors determine pricing at a senior living community in Tucson, Arizona, including location, neighborhood, property quality, and the amenities and services offered. Once you’ve identified a community, the monthly cost may vary based on the size, type, style, and location of the apartment you choose, as well as features such as a full kitchen or in-unit washer and dryer. If Assisted Living or Memory Care is needed, care fees are added to the monthly cost based on assessed needs.

Pricing and availability can change daily and so as a result an apartment available today, may get reserved tomorrow. And an apartment not available today may open up later in the month.
Our independent living lifestyle requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, and assisted living and memory care are month-to-month commitments because we know needs can change, and we work hard to prove the value we offer each day.
