A buy-in fee is typically charged by large campus senior living communities to guarantee long-term care access and can be $100,000 or more. Instead, The Watermark at Cherry Hills charges a one-time Community Fee, which is a smaller charge. Contact us for a personalized cost breakdown.

The Watermark at Cherry Hills is close to Albuquerque ER & Hospital, for easy access to local health care services. Other area hospitals are Lovelace Medical Center and UNM Hospital. We also have specialized services that can be delivered to you in your home here at The Watermark at Cherry Hills.

Family members and friends can park in front of the building when visiting a resident at The Watermark.

Doors to The Watermark at Cherry Hills are unlocked daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for easy access. However, visitors can see their loved ones anytime, 24 hours a day. For visits outside of regular hours, contact us to coordinate access.
