At The Watermark at the Pearl, Independent Living includes a private residence with a modern kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, and access to a variety of community amenities and services like dining, fitness, wellness, transportation, and social get-togethers. At The Watermark at the Pearl, all of this is just the start of our Independent Living experience in Portland. 

Activities often include fitness classes, outings to local areas like the Oregon Symphony, cultural events, educational seminars, happy hours, and more. Our calendar features EngageVR® and art workshops to keep life engaging.  

Senior living communities often offer three meals a day with snacks and hydration throughout the day. At The Watermark at the Pearl, we offer nutritious, chef-prepared meals with dietary accommodations, plus bistro snacks and in-room dining for added comfort. Members can enjoy casual and more formal dining options in our senior living community.
