Memory Care at The Watermark at the Pearl in Portland is designed for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Members can choose from private and semiprivate suites in a secure, residential-style setting, with inviting common areas designed to feel comfortable and familiar.

An experienced clinical team, including three registered nurses with Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees, works alongside specially trained Nayas to provide knowledgeable, personalized support. Through Prema Memory Support℠, Nayas build trust through validation rather than correction and take time to understand each member’s preferences, history, and changing needs.

Shared spaces include living rooms, an open kitchen with family-style seating, a small salon, and a large landscaped courtyard. These familiar settings give members comfortable places to gather, enjoy daily routines, and spend time outdoors.
