"I just moved in a month ago and so far, I’m loving life here. The staff has been attentive to all my needs and questions. The Hacienda is the only facility in this area to offer 24 hour concierge service, valet parking and gated area for resident parking with covered spaces and garages. The food here is amazing. There are so many choices to please all preferences. I have met many residents who have been here since they opened and they are also happy to be here. I have opened two maintenance work orders ( one to hang curtains and another to mount my TV) and they arrived and completed the job the same day! I also opened one tech work order to help me get connected to the internet and he arrived and completed the task the same day. It seems all the employees have joyous, caring attitudes. It keeps the atmosphere here is happy! I’m glad I chose The Hacienda as my new home."
"Molly was so wonderful and her enthusiasm as our tour guide was infectious. Hacienda is like a Phoenix resort and nothing like senior living in which assisted living is a part. The food was not good but EXCELLENT! The place was immaculate and full of smiling residents and staff. The services offered were well thought out and easy to access. It was a breath of fresh air after having seen other places and my parents cannot wait to find the perfect apt and become a part of a very vibrant community. Thank you Hacienda!"
