At The Watermark at Broadway Cityview, we’re like a five-star resort with extra care and amenities. And just like a resort of world-class caliber, we’re updating and refreshing our buildings and grounds. After all, our residents deserve the very best!

Our intimate gated community is redefining luxury retirement living — combining a chic vibe with Western flair. What does luxury mean to our residents? To start, we’re creating a wellness space with an enhanced salon and spa with massage therapy services, refreshing our indoor heated pool, and adding a new fitness center and art studio overlooking either side of the pool. So many choices for self-care and recharging!

We’ve designed a new multipurpose area for Watermark University classes, to include a demonstration kitchen for culinary experiences and a greenhouse for growing plants, vegetables, and flowers. Other community spaces that are being refreshed include the therapy clinic, lobby and front entry, and parlor with a new library and ample lounge seating.

Our residences in Independent Living, The Villas, and Assisted Living will feature exciting renovations, including upscale touches like solid countertops, stainless steel appliances, increased storage areas, modern and inviting design, and more.
