Bohua Fu

Bohua is a growth focused finance leader with extensive FP&A and Asset Management experience within the senior living industry. Before joining Watermark, Bohua served as the VP of Asset Management for Keppel Capital where she led the company’s global health care asset management efforts. Prior to Keppel, she was the Director of FP&A at Eclipse Senior Living where she built out the FP&A team to oversee financial planning responsibilities for more than 110 properties and the management company. She began her career at Charter School Capital where she was the finance lead for equity raising and acquisition.

Bohua holds a CFA and earned her Bachelor’s in Finance from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Finance from Peking University, and an MBA from Willamette University.
