Laurika Viljoen, CPA (USA) and Chartered Accountant (South Africa), brings more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and auditing global public and private companies across diverse industries. Before joining Watermark, Laurika spent over a decade at KPMG, specializing in US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, financial statement audits, and complex consolidations.
As Vice President of Accounting, Laurika oversees property accounting and leads technical accounting initiatives companywide, including financial reporting, policy compliance, and strategic alignment. Known for her ability to translate complex accounting matters into clear, actionable insights, she partners closely with executive leadership to drive efficiency, automation, and long-term business impact.
