With more than 27 years of clinical leadership experience, LeeAnn is deeply committed to elevating the individual experience and fostering whole-person wellness—nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Her career spans senior living, healthcare innovation, acute care, and integrative wellness, all unified by one guiding principle: ensuring that each person’s needs, preferences, and well-being shape every decision.

Since joining Watermark in 2020, LeeAnn has served in key leadership roles, including Director of Integrative Care, Regional Director of Health and Wellness, and Executive Director. In each position, she has helped design and advance person-centered programs and quality initiatives that enrich the lives of residents and support the teams who care for them.

LeeAnn’s leadership style is rooted in empathy, accountability, and collaboration. She believes that meaningful progress happens when teams feel supported, informed, and inspired. By blending her clinical expertise with a passion for reimagining senior living, she continues to champion environments that are not only safe and innovative but also deeply connected and purposeful.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
