Chef Jeffrey Ross came to East Village Place for the same reason many of our residents do: to improve his quality of life. He got his start in the food service industry at the young age of 13 as a dishwasher and busboy for IHOP. Chef Jeff worked his way up the ranks – making the jump to Marriott Hotels as a line cook. His passion for made-from-scratch cuisine prepared him to eventually take on prestigious roles as a kitchen manager, executive chef, and food and beverage director for other restaurants. We are so happy chef Jeff decided to join the team at East Village Place, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our kitchens.
