Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is the best and closest option for commercial flights. It's approximately 17 miles away. Depending on traffic, it's around a 30 minute drive. 

There are several medical centers and hospitals within a 5-7 minute drive from the retirement community. Options include Overlake Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Bellevue Medical Center.

Residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care dine in the special Seasons dining room. Residents in our Independent Living have access to multiple dining options, including The Mark, Taboon, Skyline Lounge, and The Vue. The Watermark at Bellevue also features two restaurants open to the public: Evergreen Bistro and North of Main Coffee and Cafe. 

If you’re interested in touring The Watermark at Bellevue, normal hours for tours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tours outside of those hours require an appointment.
