Coffee Chat With Miriam Weisburd 
First Tuesday of Every Month • 10:00am–11:00am
Join Community Life Director Miriam Weisburd for an intimate coffee chat and have your questions about memory care answered. She’ll share her expertise and specific approaches Lakeside Park uses to support our residents and their families.

Art Expression Support Group 
Second Thursday of Every Month Beginning July 13 • 6:00pm–7:00pm
Painting is a productive way to release inner thoughts and emotions. Miriam Weisburd, MA, will lead you through a series of creative and relaxing exercises designed to help you express yourself. Let your thoughts guide your creativity in our supportive, understanding setting.

Mindfulness & Self Care for Caregivers  
Third Tuesday of Every Month • 10:00am–10:45am
We understand that being a caregiver for a loved one can be difficult and emotional. Licensed marriage and family therapist Mark Abelson will discuss the best practices to manage stress and preserve your own health and well-being.
