Big changes are on the horizon at The Fountains at Greenbriar, and we can’t wait to show you what’s in store.
Renovations have started and will continue through September 2025, bringing a fresh, modern feel to many of our most frequented community spaces. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming, beautiful environment for residents, families, and guests.
What’s Being Updated
We’re making strategic improvements across all three floors of the community:
Communitywide
- All windows and doors will be replaced to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.
First Floor
- The front desk area is being completely redesigned for a more modern and inviting first impression.
- The fireplace will be redone, creating a warmer, more welcoming gathering space.
- New flooring will be installed throughout certain areas.
- The dining room will receive new flooring and new furniture to elevate the dining experience.
Second Floor
- All new flooring will be installed in certain areas for a refreshed and polished look.
Third Floor
- New flooring in the main area and dining room, improving both style and function.
What To Expect
During the renovation period, we’ll work to minimize disruption as much as possible. Our teams are committed to maintaining a comfortable, safe environment for everyone who lives and works here. Temporary changes in access or layout may occur, and we appreciate your patience as we bring these exciting updates to life.
