The Fountains at Millbrook offers two levels of service and care, including Independent Living and Assisted Living for daily personal care support.

A buy-in fee is typically charged by large campus senior living communities to guarantee long-term care access and can be $100,000 or more. Instead, The Fountains at Millbrook charges a one-time Community Fee, which is a smaller charge. Contact us for a personalized cost breakdown.

Independent living typically includes a private residence with a kitchen or kitchenette, laundry, housekeeping, and access to a variety of community amenities and services like dining, fitness, wellness, transportation, and social get-togethers. Yes, you must be 62 years or older. There is an approval process, but it’s possible to be accepted under 62 in certain situations. 

No, there is no pool at our Millbrook senior living community.

Yes. We have limited space for short-term visitor parking. 

We have a wide array of on-site amenities, including a dedicated fitness space, a game room, and even a private theater. Programs through Watermark University provide endless opportunities to learn new skills or share your knowledge, while Extraordinary Outings allow residents to enjoy the best of Millbrook. 

The McAlister House is a beautifully renovated building (just a short walk from the main building) that was once part of the Greer School and now offers unique one- and two-bedroom residences. Built in the late 1950s, this historic house originally served as the home economics building for students and later as a guest house for the school. 

The Greer School operated from the early 1900s until 1980 and served as a home for orphans and disadvantaged children. Today, the former classroom is the art room at The Fountains at Millbrook.
