Watermark’s marketing team recently hosted a highly successful Senior Living 101 webinar, designed to empower families and potential residents with answers to their questions and offer valuable insights into life within our communities.
This webinar is one of the ways our marketing team has embraced a content-driven approach, providing relevant, interesting, and useful content to prospects. Through this approach, we offer helpful resources and prove ourselves to be the experts people can look to for help with their senior living questions.
This webinar stood out for its engaging interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask questions directly to our expert panel — featuring Watermark team members from the Resource Center and four residents living in Watermark communities. Its success highlighted the value of providing families with the resources they need to make informed decisions and feel confident about the journey ahead.

We obtained attendees by marketing the webinar using Facebook events, organic posts, ads, and strategic email marketing. The event had more than 400 people mark “interested” on Facebook, more than 100 RSVPs, and around 40 attendees. After the webinar, the recording was made available on the website, and we turned the webinar content into four blog posts.
