Bill’s love for cooking was no secret. Fellow residents could smell his amazing meals as they walked by his apartment. Soon enough, Community Life Assistant Anna invited him to teach a Watermark University cooking class called, A Spice of Life With Bill. His specialty? You’ve got it right in your hands, “Bill’s Fried Peppers.” During Bill’s class, residents enjoyed his peppers on a toasted baguette, paired with a glass of red wine.
Cut peppers into 2-inch pieces (if you don't want the peppers too spicy, remove seeds before frying).
Heat olive oil in skillet. (Make sure the oil is hot.)
Place sliced peppers in oil and cook until they start to brown.
Add chopped garlic and rosemary.
Remove peppers from frying pan and place on plate.
Sprinkle with salt.
Serve on top of toasted baguette or Italian bread.

Caring, attentive staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality senior care!
I toured this place with my mother and was so blown away, I hope to retire here myself.
All I can say is ... it's amazing!! Everything about this community is spot on, they've thought of everything!
