An associate from The Watermark at Marco Island was recently featured in an article published by Argentum on how he aims to change preconceived ideas about dining for seniors.
Chef Salvatore Pezzella has worked in five-star restaurants across the world and recently brought his talents to the community, where he is working toward being the first chef in a senior living community to win the James Beard Award.
