Our medical clinic is an exclusive benefit for our members. Members can meet with on-site health specialists and clinicians, work with physical therapists, and even pursue holistic therapies. Our on-site wellness clinic can serve as your primary care provider (PCP), so you never have to leave the community to see a doctor. If you already have a PCP, you can still use our services anytime. Our team will also coordinate with your specialists, including physical, occupational, or speech therapists.

The Watermark at Marco Island doesn’t have set visiting hours, so there are no restrictions on when you can visit family. The concierge leaves at 7:00 p.m., so the doors will be locked after that.

The closest airport to The Watermark at Marco Island is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, which is about an hour away. Another option is Punta Gorda Airport, which is an hour and 20 minutes away. For more flight options, consider Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA), both of which are approximately two hours away from Marco Island.
